Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WeSueU, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use GlucorAI (the “Service”). Your health data is yours. We aim to be clear about what we collect and why.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account information (such as email address).
• Health and metabolic data you enter or connect (meals, photos, glucose readings, insulin/treatments, activity context, tags, and related timeline events).
• Data from supported integrations you choose to connect (for example, Nightscout). You can also import walks from an Apple Health screenshot. Live HealthKit sync is coming soon.
• Technical logs needed to operate the Service (authentication, errors, rate limits).

We use information to:

• Provide the timeline, meal analysis, insights, and Ask features.
• Generate AI estimates and narrative insights from your data (for example, meal photo analysis and pattern summaries).
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
• Communicate about the Service when appropriate.

We do not sell identifiable health data. We do not share identifiable health data with third parties for their advertising without appropriate authorization or consent required by applicable law.

Certain features send relevant inputs to AI or data providers (for example, meal images or structured context for analysis, and nutrition lookups). Those providers process data to return results to the Service. We configure these flows to send what is needed for the feature—not more than necessary for the request.

When you connect an integration such as Nightscout, you authorize GlucorAI to retrieve data from that source using credentials you provide. You can disconnect integrations in Settings. We do not claim integrations that are not yet implemented.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, authentication, AI inference), subject to contractual and technical safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Password-protected share links let you reveal a read-only view you choose to create. Treat share links carefully.

We retain account and health data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Full self-serve data export is not available yet; Pro plans may include export when that capability ships.

To request account deletion or assistance with your data, contact us through the channels listed in the Service or via WeSueU, LLC using the contact information associated with your account communications. Some backups or legal retention requirements may delay complete erasure.

We use industry-standard practices such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). Do not use the Service if you are under that age.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law.
